She submitted that, the said compensation amount is deposited in the bank account of Petitioner in Yes Bank. A communication duly signed by Mr. Shirke is taken on record. The photocopies of transfer of the said amount from State Bank of India to the account of the Petitioner are annexed 1/2 DTG 15-Wp-2986-2016.doc to the said communication. 2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and nothing further survives in the Petition. 2.1) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
