Considering the averments made in the captioned Civil Application Nos.9186, 9190, 9192 and 9188 of 2016, delay is condoned. 2. The Civil Application Nos.9186, 9190, 9192 and 9188 of 2016 are disposed of. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 4. By these appeals, the appellant assails the judgment and award dated 11.02.2011 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No.516, 517, 518 and Shubham 139-CA-9186-2016.doc 519 of 2003. 5. Learned counsel submit that the compensation granted by the learned Reference Court is within four times the compensation granted by the SLAO. 6. In fact the State Government vide Government Resolution No.Sankirna-2014/Prak.Kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution, took a decision not to challenge the reference, if compensation is enhanced only upto four times. 7. Therefore, I do not find any reason to intervene with the impugned orders. Hence, the present Appeals are dismissed. 8. The Claimants are entitled to interest under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 from the date of award as per State of Maharashtra Vs. Kailash Shiva Rangari (2016(3) Mh.L.J. 457). 9.
