SATHAYE, J DATE : 12th FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C: 1. On 05.02.2026, following order was passed; “1. None for the Revision applicants. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 to 10 points out that Revision Application is arising out of the proceedings under section 5 of the Mamlatdar’s Court Act, 1906. He pointed out that by order dated 15.03.2012, the application filed by the Respondents was allowed, thereby making available the subject matter road. He further points out that this order was challenged by present Revision Applicants by filing a Revision before Sub- Divisional Officer, Madha Division, Kurduwadi and by order dated 30.11.2015, the said Revision is rejected, thereby confirming the order in favour of the Respondents.
