The present Appeal From Order is directed against the judgment and order dated 14th August 2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Sangli, whereby the application filed by the Appellant seeking stay was rejected in Regular Civil Appeal No. 59 of 2014. 2. The impugned order has been in operation since 14th August 2015. Thus, it has remained operative for more than eleven years. In the circumstances, there is no reason to interfere with the said order after such a long lapse of time. The interests of justice would be better served by directing the expeditious disposal of Regular Civil Appeal No. 59 of 2014. Hence, the following order: ::ORDER:: a) The Appeal From Order is dismissed. b) The learned District Judge-6, Sangli, is requested to decide Regular Civil Appeal No. 59 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. Since the matter has been pending for the last eleven years, the learned District Judge is requested to dispose of the same within a period of one year from today.
