Learned advocate Mr.J.V.Japee for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gandhinagar in Criminal Misc. Application No. 31 of 2014 dated 23.05.2016, the applicant had filed Criminal Misc. Application No. 66 of 2017, wherein, the amount of maintenance was enhanced from Rs.7,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month vide order dated 07.07.2018 and R/CR.RA/892/2016 ORDER DATED: 19/08/2026 thereafter, the applicant had filed Criminal Misc. Application No. 139 of 2020, wherein, the amount of maintenance was enhanced from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month vide order dated 29.04.2023 by the learned Principal Judge, Family court, Gandhinagar, which is under challenge in Criminal Revision Application No.1026 of 2023. 3.
