As per the terms of R/CR.RA/814/2016 ORDER DATED: 11/06/2026 settlement, the entire dispute between the parties was amicably settled and an affidavit of the applicant was preferred in the proceedings, wherein, it was also mentioned that the Criminal Revision Application (For Domestic Violence) No.814 of 2016 pending before this Court would be withdrawn. 3.
