The present Civil application is filed for bringing legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 respectively on record. It is submitted that petitioner No. 1 had expired on 15.02.2025 and petitioner No. 2 had expired on 20.01.2022 leaving behind the heirs as mentioned in the application. It is submitted that legal heirs of deceased petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 are required to be C/SCA/1469/2016 ORDER DATED: 05/05/2026 brought on record. A copy of death certificate of deceased petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 is also placed on record. 3. Considering the averments made in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed accordingly. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
