GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 11.06.2026 [1] Present Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel on behalf of the appellants in RSA No. 12 of 2026 and Mr. S. Sachindra, learned counsel for the respondents. [2] The appellant in RSA No. 12 of 2016 filed an application being MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227)) No. 34 of 2026 for bring on record of certain documents in CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 58 of 2016 where, the appellant is the respondent. [3] Mr. S. Sachindra, learned counsel for the respondents in RSA No. 12 of 2016 and petitioner in CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 58 of 2016 submits that documents may be taken on record and he reserves the right to argue and the same will not be relevant for the disposal of the present case. [4] Recording the submissions made at the bar, MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227)) No. 34 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of and the additional documents is taken on record preserving the rights of the parties for disposal of the case.
