2. Defect, as pointed out by the office has not been complied with, despite sufficient opportunity given to the Petitioner. Even otherwise, show cause has been already received from the proposed contemnor.

This contempt petition was filed for compliance of the order dated 03.11.2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.16571 of 2015, whereby the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara was directed to dispose of the application of the Petitioner for grant of arms license and as per the show cause, after the order of this Court, the application was

4. Hence, no contempt is made out, even otherwise the petitioner is not taking interest to prosecute the present case.
