It appears from the order dated 29.07.2025 that all the amounts were paid to the petitioner, however the Group Insurance and DDA amounts were to be paid within a period of two weeks. It has further been recorded that the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that whether Group Insurance amount has been paid to the petitioner or not, he is not aware. Yesterday, when the matter was called out, the learned counsel for the parties were directed to seek instructions that whether the same has been paid or not. Today, when the matter has been called out, the learned counsel for the L.N.M.U., submits that payment of the Group Insurance amounts to the tune of Rs. 87250/-, has already been made by the University on 23.11.2018. In view of the submissions, this Court finds that now nothing remains to be paid to the petitioner, in terms of the order under contempt i.e. order dated 10.05.2026 passed in C.W.J.C.
