The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by the judgment dated 24.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 11550 of 2016 (Shambhu Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and the judgment dated 17.04.2018 passed in LPA No. 535 of 2017. 3. It appears that vide judgment dated 24.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 11550 of 2016, the writ petition was disposed of and being aggrieved with the said order dated 21.04.2017, the petitioners therein filed LPA No. 535 of 2017, which was dismissed vide order dated 17.04.2018. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of in identical terms as passed in CWJC No. 11550 of 2016 and LPA No. 535 of 2017. 5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners Patna High Court CWJC No.15955 of 2016(3) dt.18-08-2026 2/2 submits that he had filed an interlocutory application bearing I.A. No. 4240 of 2017, however no order was passed on the same. He seeks permission to withdraw the interlocutory application. The permission so sought for is accorded. 6.
