By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been sought for quashing the impugned F.I.R. No.501/2012 registered at Outpost, Anti-Corruption Bureau, District Jhunjhunu, Police Station Anti-Corruption Bureau, District Jaipur for the offences registered under Section 13(1)(c)(d)(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the instant matter by the Investigating Agency, the Final Report ‘Negative’ has been submitted on 14.12.2021 and the same has been accepted by the concerned Court vide order dated 17.05.2025. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that under the changed circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6610/2016] 4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is rendered as infructuous. The instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 5.
