By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.231/2016 registered with Police Station Kotwali Dausa, District Dausa for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station, Kotwali, Dausa, that after investigation, final report negative has been submitted before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dausa on 04.03.2017 and the same has been accepted by the said Court on 23.09.2022. Hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4473/2016] petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infurctuous. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
