Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State are present.
2. Vide letter no. 40/2025 dated 27.05.2025, a status report has been submitted by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Hilsa, Nalanda, which shows that the case is currently at the stage of prosecution evidence and out of the 26 witnesses listed in the charge-sheet, the prosecution has already examined two witnesses.
3. Since the trial has proceeded ahead, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and the application is accordingly dismissed.
