Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could commence his argument, learned Law Officer, representing the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, submits that in the case at hand, charges had already been framed on 11.09.2017 and thereafter seven witnesses were already examined out of total fifteen witnesses. 3. In view of the advance stage of trial, so pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance Investigation Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47107 of 2016(5) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 Bureau, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant application with a liberty to raise all the grounds, as have been raised herein, before the competent Court at an appropriate stage. 4.
