Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could commence his argument, learned Law Officer, representing the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, submits that in the case at hand, charges had already been framed on 11.09.2017 and thereafter seven witnesses were already examined out of total fifteen witnesses. 3. In view of the advance stage of trial, so pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance Investigation Patna High Court CR. MISC.
