JUSTICE RAJ KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 16-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ application, the petitioner has sought for commanding and directing the respondents- authorities to put the petitioner into actual physical possession over the land bearing Plot No. 112/2 , Khata No. 377 area 1 acre 50 decimals in Mauza- Nayrah, P.S. Naugachia, District- Bhagalpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted Patna High Court CWJC No.9312 of 2016(3) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 that the Collector vide order dated 17.7.1977 had passed an order of settlement by way of parwana which was issued in favour of the petitioner. It is next submitted that even Jamabandi No. 47 has been created and his land has been mutated for which, rent receipt has also been issued but till date, he has not been able to get possession. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed this position. 5. In the background of these facts, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum under the Bihar Disputes Resolution Act, 2006. 6. If any application is made before the Competent Authority, the same shall be examined and considered by them and, if the grievances of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authorities shall act in accordance with law within a period of three months after hearing all the parties. 7.
