At the very outset, Mr. Lal Babu Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the instant application with a liberty to raise all the grounds which have been taken herein at an appropriate stage before the competent Court having jurisdiction over the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45753 of 2016(3) dt.17-07-2026 2/2 matter. 3. Mr. Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State, submits that for the petty offences under Sections 323 and 504 of the I.P.C., cognizance has been taken against the petitioners way-back in May, 2016. 4.
