2. The instant case has been filed for quashing the
order dated 15.09.2014 passed in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014 by the learned S.D.J.M, Kaimur at Bhabua whereby he has taken cognizance of the offences under Section 379 of the I.P.C and Section 135 of the Electricity Act.
3. It seems that due to passage of time, i.e., 12 long years after the date of cognizance, the petitioners seem to have
