Thereafter on 02.01.2024, adjournment was taken by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Mr. Udai Shankar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that this application has become infructuous on account of the trial being concluded and all the accused persons including the petitioner have duly been acquitted by learned Court below.
