JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16 14-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent- University. 2. The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To quash the order dated 09.08.2015 passed by the Chancellor Veer Kuar Singh University in Appeal No.VKSU 27/13 as well as the order no.15/Estab/13 dated 19.01.2013 and order no.437 dated 15.04.2013 issued by the Respondent Vice Chancellor setting aside petitioner’s confirmation on the post of Assistant and recovery of amount w.e.f. 27.03.1984 as contained in Annexure-10, 11 and 12 of the writ application. (ii) For commanding the respondent authorities to prevail in the facilities pursuant to the order contained in Memo No.568/ Estab/ 08 dated 06.09.2008 issued under the signature of Registrar of the University. (iii) For issuance of any other order(s) Patna High Court CWJC No.4377 of 2016(16) dt.14-07-2026 2/3 as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to which the petitioner may be found entitled. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to Annexure-R/E forming part of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-University, submits that vide Office Order dated 27.11.2025, the grievances raised by the petitioner in the present writ application have substantially been redressed. He, however, submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioner and, therefore, prays that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to raise any surviving grievance, if any, before the competent authority. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University submits that the reliefs claimed in the writ application already stand granted in terms of the Office Order dated 27.11.2025 and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present proceedings. 5. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court is satisfied that the grievances raised by the petitioner in the present writ application stand redressed in view of the Office Order dated 27.11.2025.
