Applications have been filed for quashing the order dated 10.07.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3732 of 2013. 3. After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present applications may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points, as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4. Learned senior counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State have no objection to this prayer of the petitioners. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for Patna High Court CR. MISC.
