Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 01.05.2015 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No.96 of 2015, arising out of Complaint Case No.3069 of 2014 by which cognizance under Section 406 & 420 of the I.P.C. & Section 138 of N.I. Act has been taken against the petitioner. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points as raised in the petition, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46261 of 2016(6) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4.
