This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the claimant- Appellant as well as the Respondents-Insurance Company. Perused the appeal memo as well as the grounds taken therein. 3. By filing the present appeal, the claimant-Appellant has approached this Court with a prayer for enhancement of the compensation by modifying the award dated 22.01.2016 passed in M.A.C. No.49/208 of 2010-08 by the learned 4th M.A.C.T., Baripada. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents-Insurance Company produce a copy of instruction dated 04.08.2026. On perusal of the said instruction, it appears that the parties have amicably settled the dispute for a consolidated amount of Page 2 of 2. Rs.1,70,000/-. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant- claimant did not dispute such fact. 5. In such view of the matter, the appeal stands disposed of with a modification that the Respondents-Insurance Company shall now pay a consolidated amount of Rs.1,70,000/- to the Appellant-claimant. The said consolidated amount shall be deposited before the learned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks, whereafter the same shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant in accordance with law. 6.
