Even though the matter was listed under the heading ‘For Referral to Mediation’, but on the consent of the Parties, the matter was taken up. 3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 4. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordship's would graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the Ops Civil supply Corporation to pay a compensation of Rs 4 crores pending further course of action for determination of actual loss And pass any other and / or further order as deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” Page 2 of 2. 5. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 6. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
