The CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aska in C.S. No. 06 of 2015 (CIS No. C.S./0000206/2015), allowing the petition filed by the plaintiff under Order 11, Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the CPC to direct the defendant to answer the interrogatories mentioned in the petition. 3. While issuing notice on 04.10.2016, further proceeding in the civil suit had been stayed by this Court. 4. None appears for the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party when the matter is called. 5. In view of the fact that almost 10 years have elapsed since the impugned order was passed and the suit is of the year, 2015, it can safely be presumed that in the meanwhile, either the suit puspa has been disposed of or the impugned order has been given effect to, for which no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is accordingly dismissed. 6.
