While issuing notice on 17.01.2017, this Court had stayed operation of the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gajapati, Parlakhemundi in Civil Suit No. 37 of 2015. 4. Memo has been filed by Mr. R. Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating that the matter has been rendered infructuous as in the meanwhile the said suit has been disposed of in the trial Court. 5. Considering the said memo, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is accordingly dismissed. 6. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. 7. Misc.
