This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 30.07.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampur in FDCS No. 56 of 2011, partly allowing the application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC by the plaintiffs to amend the B- schedule of the plaint. 3. Although notice had been issued in this matter on 06.09.2016, no interim order had been passed. 4. When the matter is taken up today, Ms. D. Sahoo, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A. P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the final decree proceeding has been disposed of rendering this CMP infructuous. 5. In view of the above submission, as no useful purpose will be served by keeping this CMP pending, it is dismissed. 6. Pending interim applications stand disposed of. 7.
