While issuing notice on 18.01.2017, further proceedings in F.D. No.106 of 1985 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore had been stayed by this Court. 3. On 06.08.2026, Registry had been directed to call for a report from the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore regarding status of the final-decree proceeding in Civil Suit No.106 of 1985. 4. Report dated 11.08.2026 of the learned 1st Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore has been received where it is stated that Final Decree Proceeding No. 106 of 1985 has been disposed of on 18.04.2023 upon acceptance of the report of the Commissioner. 5. In view of the disposal of the proceeding, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed. 6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. 7. Misc.
