Report dated 10.08.2026 of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Nilgiri has been received where it is stated that Civil Suit No. 64 of 2013 (I) has been dismissed for default on 14.11.2023 and has been consigned to the District Record Room, Balasore on 09.05.2024. 6. In view of the disposal of the suit, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed. 7. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. 8. Misc.
