This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaleswar in C.S. No. 267 of 2011-I (Annexure-4) rejecting the application filed by the plaintiff under Order 18 Rule 1 and 2 of the CPC. 2. Pursuant to order dated 23.07.2026, status report dated 28.07.20216 has been received from the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaleswar (I/c). 3. In the report, it has been stated that on verification of the consignment register, it is found that Civil Suit No. 267 of 2011 – I has been disposed of on 01.11.2022 and the record has been puspa consigned to the Judge-in-charge District Record Room, Balasore on 11.04.2023. 4. In view of this development, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is accordingly dismissed. 5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated and Misc.
