This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Salipur in C.S. No. 55 of 2014 rejecting the application filed by the defendants under Order 26, Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the CPC for measurement of the land by a Survey Knowing Commissioner. p. 2 2. Notice had been issued in this CMP on 17.08.2016 but no interim order had been passed. 3. On 30.07.2026, Mr. P.C.
