While issuing notice on 15.07.2016, this Court has stayed further proceeding in Civil Suit No.46 of 2000-I, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak. 3. Registry has pointed out that notice has been served on Opposite Parties No.1 to 13 and neither A.D. nor unserved notice is back from Opposite Parties No.14 and 15. 4. On 28.07.2026 none had appeared for the parties but for the interest of justice the matter was directed to be listed today. 5. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called today in the first hour. 6. The matter is passed over as learned counsel for the Petitioner had appeared in another case which had been listed today. LATER 7. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 8. Hence, the CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. 9. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. Pending interim application stands disposed of. 10.
