This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by the leaned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Boudh in C.S. No.17 of 2013 rejecting the application filed of Defendants No.4, 5, 9, 10 and 11 for amendment of the written statement. 2. While issuing notice on 03.03.2016, this Court had stayed further proceeding in the suit. 3. On 22.07.2026, this Court had called for a status report from the learned trial Court. 4. Report dated 27.07.2026 of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) Boudh has been received, where it is stated that on 01.07.2026 evidence on the side of the defendants has been closed and the case has been posted to 14.07.2026 for argument. Argument was concluded on 22.07.2026 and the case was posted for judgment on 30.07.2026. 5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed. 6.
