This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No. 481/2011 (Annexure-4), directing the Respondent to pay the educational expenses of his daughter-Opposite Party No.2(Petitioner No.2 in C.P. No. 481/2011). 2. While issuing notice on 25.07.2016, as an interim measure this Court had directed for stay of the order dated 11.05.2016 subject to the Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- before the learned Court below. 3. Mr. S. K. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said amount was paid to the Opposite Party No.2 pursuant to order dated 01.11.2016 passed by this Court. He files a copy of the judgment dated 18.06.2024 passed in C.P. No. 380 of 2021 and submits that vide the said order, the marriage between the Petitioner and the Opposite Party No.1 has been dissolved by a decree of divorce. The copy of the judgment is taken on record. 4. In view of the above submission, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is disposed of. 5.
