This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Salipur in C.S. No. 83 of 2015, rejecting the application of the Petitioners for staying further proceeding in the suit until final disposal of the Consolidation Revision Case No. 309 of 2014. 2. While issuing notice on 18.07.2016, further proceedings in the suit had been stayed by this Court. 3. Today when the matter is taken up Mr. S.K. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit has been disposed of in the meanwhile, for which the CMP has become infructuous. He files a memo signed by Mr. Samir Kumar Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner to that effect. The same is taken on record. 4. In view of the disposal of the civil suit, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending, which is accordingly dismissed. 5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated and the interim application stands disposed of. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
