No. 158 of 2011 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kendrapara. 2. On 04.03.2016, while issuing notice, it had been directed that the amount lying in deposit before it by the receiver shall not be disbursed till the next date. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 31.03.2016 and 10.11.2017 and the matter is listed today. 3. When the matter was listed on 22.07.2026, no counsel appeared on behalf of the Petitioner, for which the matter was adjourned to today and the report had been called for from the Registry regarding status of Civil Suit No. 158 of 2011. 4. In the report of the learned trial Court, if is stated that in view of the order dated 04.03.2016, the further proceeding in part file No. 185 of 2011 is lingering awaiting further intimation from the Court and the case is posted to 17.11.2026. 5.
