This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 06.05.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Umerkote, Nabarangpur in C.S. No.13 of 2013 rejecting the applications under Order 1 Rule 10 of the CPC and Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC filed by the plaintiff. 2. While issuing notice on 08.08.2016, further proceeding in the suit has been stayed by this Court. 3. Mr. Basudev Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instructions in this case. 4. Considering the fact that the CMP is pending since more than ten years and the Civil Suit is of the year 2013, it can safely be presumed that in the meanwhile the suit has been disposed of. 5. Hence, the CMP is dismissed. 6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. All interim application(s) stand disposed of. 7.
