Pursuant to order dated 22.07.2026, a memo has been filed, signed by Mr. Santosh Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating therein that the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this stage and hence, the matter may kindly be disposed of as withdrawn. The said memo is taken on record. 3. Considering the fact that the CMP is pending since more than ten years and the Revocation Misc. Case is of the year 2015, it can safely be presumed that in the meanwhile the said case has been disposed of. 4.
