The CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 30.04.2012 passed by the learned District Judge, Bhadrak in R.F.A. No.19 of 2002 framing an additional issue and remanding the matter to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak for trial in respect of that issue. 2. Mr. Kar, learned counsel submits that he does not have instructions in the suit is still pending. 3. While issuing notice on 12.07.2016, further proceedings in T.S. No.285 of 2001/287 of 1995 in the file of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak, had been stayed by this Court. 4. Since more than 10 years have been elapsed in the meanwhile, it can safely be presumed that the impugned order must have been complied with in the meanwhile. Utkalika 5.
