This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 20.07.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Second Court, Cuttack in Execution Case No. 08 of 2012. 2. No interim order has been passed in this case. 3. Mr. N. Behuria, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Nityananda Behuria, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not have any instructions regarding the present status of the Execution Case. 4. Considering the fact that the impugned order was passed way back in 2016 and there is no interim order passed by this Court while issuing notice, it can safely be presumed that the proceeding in the meanwhile has been disposed of. 5. Hence, this CMP is dismissed. But liberty is granted to the Petitioner for revival of the CMP within a period of four weeks in case cause of action still survives.
