Mr. B. Satpathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile Civil Suit No. 16 of 2015 has been disposed of and hence this CMP has been rendered infructuous. He files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record. 3. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that although notice had been issued by order dated 21.02.2017, no interim order had been passed. 4.
