Bal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos.1 to 5. 2. None appears for the petitioner on call, though the names of four counsels have been reflected in the cause list. 3. The petitioner earlier filed W.P.(C) No.11003 of 2015 praying for a direction to the opposite parties to give her appointment order for a post of Anganwadi Worker under C.D.P.O., Harichandapur Block, Keonjhar. Subsequently, she on 01.09.2015 withdraws her said writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy of appeal as provided under the guidelines. Accordingly, the said W.P.(C) No.11003 of 2015 of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn granting her liberty as prayed for. 4. Later the Additional District Magistrate, Keonjhar by order dated 14.07.2016 dismissed the Anganwadi Appeal Case No.01/2016 of the petitioner. 5. Aggrieved with the said order dated 14.07.2016 of the Additional District Magistrate, Keonjhar, the petitioner filed this writ petition on 22.08.2016 and since then, the petitioner did not move this writ petition. 6. By efflux of time, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the aforesaid order of the Additional District Magistrate, Keonjhar has attained finality. 7.
