Since the present writ petition has been filed against a notice issued on 29.01.2016 under Annexure-2 and Petitioner is protected by an interim order passed on 15.03.2016, this Court while disposing the writ petition, permits the Petitioner to file his reply to the notice dtd.29.01.2016 before Opp. Party No. 2. 4. It is observed that, if any such reply will be filed within a period of two (2) weeks hence, the said authority shall take a lawful decision on the issue involved in the notice, by giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the reply. Any payment made by the Petitioner pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court shall be subject to final outcome of the decision to be taken as directed.
