Bal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos.1 to 3. 2. None appears for the petitioner on call, though the names of four counsels have been reflected in the cause list. 3. Being aggrieved by the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Khurda in C.D. Case No.182/2012, whereby the petitioner was directed to produce his vehicle before the concerned Motor Vehicle Inspector, Balasore, the petitioner filed this writ petition on 28.07.2016, inter alia, praying for a direction to replace the said vehicle and further to pay compensation to him. 4. Though this writ petition was filed way back in the year 2016, the petitioner did not move this application since then. 5. Learned counsel for the State appearing for the opposite party Nos.1 to 3 submitted that any person aggrieved by an order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum is required to prefer an appeal in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the Rules framed thereunder. 6. For the reasons stated above, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
