This CRLMC has been disposed of on 29.01.2026. 2. On 18.02.2026 the learned JMFC (City), Cuttack had reported that the case record in the present case was missing, the matter had been adjourned to today for further report. 3. Perused the report dated 21.02.2026 of the learned JMFC (City), Cuttack, Ms. Pallavi Priyadarsini Dash, who has stated as follows: “Reverend Sir, In obedience to your good office issue No. 10751/2026 dtd. 20.02.2026, case No.- CRLMC/1166/2016, I beg to intimate you that after giving several efforts and physical verification, the case record vide GR case No.590/2015 has been traced out in the Court of Ld. JMFC-IV(Cog Taking), Cuttack and it was received to this Court on 16.02.2026 from the Court of Ld. JMFC-IV(Cog Taking), Cuttack. I beg to submit further that on perusal of the aforesaid case record it is found that it is pending for appearance of the accused persons since dtd. 20.10.2022. I beg your pardon for the inconvenience caused to the Hon'ble Court and this shall not be repeated in future. Therefore, I request your good-self to kindly place the matter before the Hon'ble Court for which I shall remain highly obliged and ever grateful to you.” 4. The learned JMFC (City), Cuttack has stated that record has been traced in the Court of learned JMFC-IV (Cog. Taking), Cuttack and was received to the Court on 16.02.2026 and on perusal of the case record, it is found that the case is pending for appearance of the accused persons since 20.10.2022. 5. Nothing is mentioned in the said report regarding the next date in the case although it is mentioned that the case is pending for appearance of the accused persons since 20.10.2022. The learned JMFC (City), Cuttack therefore, cautioned to be more careful and less casual while submitting reports to this Court. 6. As the CRLMC has been disposed of, no further action is required to be taken. 7. Office has pointed out that in first paragraph of the order dated 18.02.2026, in place of CRLMC, CRLMP has been typed.
