This matter is taken up in the 1st National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellant- claimant and Respondent No.2-Insurance Company. 2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a further consolidated sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as compensation. 3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimant. 4.
