Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly contended that against the impugned order, petitioner has to move the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission. It is also fairly contended that necessary application will be made before the OERC within a period of 3(three) weeks hence and the said authority be directed to entertain the application and decide the issue on merit without insisting on any delay. 4. Considering the submission made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the petitioner to move the OERC against the impugned order by filing appropriate application in accordance with law. It is observed that if any such application will be moved within a period of 3 (three) week hence, the said authority shall entertain the application and decide the issue on merit without insisting on any delay as the matter was pending before this Court since 04.07.2016. 5.
