This CRLMC has been filed for quashing the G.R. Case No. 546 of 2011/84 of 2012 arising out of Sainatala PS Case No. 194 of 2011 pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Saintala. 2. On 09.02.2026, as the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not be contacted and had filed no instruction memo, a report had been called for from the learned JMFC, Saintala regarding present status of G.R. Case No. 546 of 2011/84 of 2012. 3. Report dated 17.02.2026 has been received from the JMFC, Saintala, where it is stated that GR Case No. 546 of 2011/84 of 2012 does not relate to the petitioner and it arises out of Sindhekela P.S. Case No. 137 of 2011 and it is under Section 47 of the Bihar and Orissa Excise Act. GR Case No. 596 of 2011/84 of 2012 corresponds to Saintala P.S. Case No. 194 of 2011 and is against the accused Chita Kumbhar and matches the case under query. It is stated that the G.R Case No. 596 of 2011/84 of 2012 has been disposed of in the Lok Adalat held on 19.08.2018. 4.
