This CRLMC has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.01.2016 passed by the learned SDJM, Balliguda in GR Case No. 457 of 2015 which arises out of Nuagaon PS Case No. 75 of 2015 taking the cognizance of offences punishable under Section 448/294/506/34 of the IPC against the petitioners. 2. When the matter is taken up, Mr. R. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile, the trial has been completed for which no cause of action survives. He files a memo for withdrawal of the CRLMC. The memo is taken on record. The memo shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record. 3. Perusal of the order sheet reveals one order. The matter had been adjourned on 07.11.2016 and no interim order has been passed. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the memo of withdrawal, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
