JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 14.07.2026 None appears for the parties on call. So far as WP(C)/2543/2016 is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner on the last occasion, i.e., 28.08.2025 had informed that she could not contact her client. So far as WP(C)/5301/2014 is concerned, on the last occasion, i.e., 27.05.2025, there was no representation. This Court had however given a further chance with an observation that in case of failure to represent, this Court would pass appropriate orders. It clearly appears that the parties are not interested to pursue the litigation which are pending since the year 2014 and 2016. In view of the above, both the writ petition stands dismissed for want Page No.# 3/3 of prosecution. Liberty is however given to the parties to file restoration petition(s), if so advised.
